THE MASTER CATEGORY FOR ENTREPENEURS
The MASTER category is aimed at entrepreneurs who want to showcase their innovative business ideas. There was time until the end of October to develop and submit your ideas.
The finalists of the competition were chosen at the beginning of November, and they will have the opportunity to present their ideas to the judges and the audience at the final event of the Tervatynnyri pitching competition on November 28, 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to receive valuable feedback, network with industry professionals, and take their business to the next level. The winner of the Master category is awarded a cash prize of 5000 euros!

TONI LÄHDE, Brand Expert, Creative Director
Toni Lähde is a brand and marketing expert, creative director, and advisor. Over the course of his long career, he has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands as well as the most ambitious growth companies. Toni Lähde is also known as a sharp-eyed advisor on the highly popular reality show Diili, the Finnish version of The Apprentice.
paula erkkilä, Ostrobothnia Chamber of Commerce
Dr. Paula Erkkilä is the CEO of the Ostrobothnia Chamber of Commerce, drawing inspiration from the expertise of over a thousand companies in the region. She is widely connected across various sectors of business and society. Advocacy, leadership, and communication have consistently played a central role throughout her career.
Ville Urpilainen, pixan ltd
Ville has over 15 years of diverse experience in the financial sector, both in Finland and abroad. He is an investor in several growth companies and actively participates in the boards of a few companies. Ville’s main job is working as a Chief Financial Officer.
Tuukka Hakala, OP Keski-Pohjanmaa
Tuukka holds a Master of Laws degree. Since 2011, he has worked in various roles within the financial sector and corporate finance. Currently, Tuukka is responsible for corporate banking operations at Keski-Pohjanmaan Osuuspankki.
ANNELI KOMI, The Finnish Enterprise Agencies
Anneli Komi is the CEO of The Finnish Enterprise Agencies. She has previously worked for Suomen Yrittäjät and, prior to that, was a small business owner for 14 years. Anneli is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship. She especially supports an entrepreneurial mindset and small business ownership.
SANNA VIHERMAA, Arvo Sijoitusosuuskunta
Sanna is an investment manager at Arvo Sijoitusosuuskunta and has over 15 years of experience in business management and corporate finance.
